Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at moderate to high elevations (Alt. 700 - 1600m).
Males are territorial on trees at hilltops and occasionally come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.
I suspect that the records from Chaiyaphum, C.Thailand could be misidentifications of Neptis namba.
Further distributional research is needed with reliable specimens.
