Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at moderate elevations (Alt. 700 - 1300m).
Males are territorial on trees at hilltops.
I consider the taxon hyria is indistinguishable from the nominotypical subspecies.
It is not certain to which subspecies the Cambodian population belongs as no specimens have been examined.
Confirmation by specimens is needed.
