Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at moderate elevations (Alt. 900 - 1300m).
Both sexes visit flowers and males frequently come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.
The northern Laos population is tentatively included in this taxon, but further taxonomic study is needed.
