Notes

New to Thailand. The first specimen was obtained by Satawan Atdhabhan on 27.Apr.2024 in Betong district, Yala. This specimen lacks the tornal green scales on the UnH, but all other characteristics suggest that it belongs to this taxon.
The butterfly is uncommon in montane forests at moderate elevations (Alt. 650 - 800m) and is sympatric with Arhopala ammonides chunsu. Further distributional research is needed.
