Notes

The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 150 - 1300m) and is frequently found at ridges. Males are territorial on trees, occasionally on shrubs or on the ground.
Photo record from Sa Kaeo, E.Thailand, only underside of the female, is possible to be this species.
