Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 10 - 700m).
Both sexes visit flowers.
They often fly out from bushes along the trail and rest on the underside of leaves with their wings spread.
The upper surface of the female is similar to that of Tagliades waterstrudti, but the abdominal tufts are greyish brown whereas waterstrudti are white.
Further distributional research is needed.
