Notes

The butterfly is locally not rare in lowland forests (Alt. 10 - 200m) and is crepuscular. Males frequently come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.
Hasora mavis was known as a distinct species for a long time. However, it was confirmed as a female of Hasora leucospila by Xue et al.,2019.
