Notes
The butterfly is locally very common in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 450 - 1300m).
Both sexes visit flowers, and males frequently come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.
Ek-Amnuay ([2007],2012) reported the first discovery in Thailand by Sukhmalind in 2004, however this is incorrect.
It was found by Prasobsuk Sukkit in 1991 at Doi Phu Kha, Nan.
