Notes

The butterfly is common in P.Thailand and uncommon in N.Thailand, and is found in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 30 - 550m).
The coloration on the UpF of some male individuals in Ranong is slightly brilliant shining pale blue, turning to violet in the apical area. It seems to approach the nominotypical subspecies.
