Notes
The butterfly is common in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 10 - 550m) and frequently comes to rotten fruits that have fallen to the ground.
This species generally has a prominent yellow or orange antenna tip.
However, individuals with dark orange-black antenna tips are occasionally seen, and these individuals are very difficult to distinguish from dirtea.
Further taxonomic study is needed.
