Notes

The butterfly is locally not rare in montane forests at low to high elevations (Alt. 300 - 1600m). Males are territorial on shrubs or undergrowth.

The species of this genus are so similar that identification by male genitalia is required. Therefore, records that do not examine the male genitalia cannot be adopted. In addition, although there are many field photos, most are either misidentified or unidentifiable and therefore cannot be used as records.
