Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 30 - 1100m).
Males are territorial on shrubs.
Ek-Amnuay,[2007],2012 recorded it from 'Chiang Dao' however, it is considered to be an erroneus location.
Hitherto as far as I know, there is no record from Chiang Mai province.
