Notes

The butterfly is locally not rare in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 300 - 700m).
Kimura et al. (2014) recorded Arhopala avathina from Yala. However, the figured specimen is considered to be Arhopala avatha. I would like to delete Arhopala avathina from the list until a reliable specimen is found.
