Yoshino (2023) described Chrysozephyrus ngoclinhensis from Kon Tum, C.Vietnam as a new species. However, according to K.Saito, it is the same species as miyagawai, based on the examination of the male genitalia (pers. comm.). The population from Ba Na, Da Nang is very variable. The black marginal band on the upper side tends to be broader and the postdiscal bands on the underside also tend to be broader, but some specimens are almost the same as those from Kon Tum and other localities. We have therefore treated it as a synonym of miyagawai.
