The butterfly is rare, only 2 specimens have been found in Thailand.
The specimen shown in Ek-Amnuay,[2007],2012 is a misidentification of Telicota species.
Further distributional research is needed.
The species of this genus are so similar that identification by male genitalia is required.
Therefore, records that do not examine the male genitalia cannot be adopted.
In addition, although there are many field photos, most are either misidentified or unidentifiable and therefore cannot be used as records.
