Notes
The butterfly is not rare locally in montane dense forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 50 - 1000m).
The populations in W.Thailand have quite strong blue luster and silvery blue patch on the upperside.
Examples of nature photos in Phetchaburi seems same as this taxon, however need to confirm it by specimens.
Examples from Ranong also have similar markings, however more purplish luster and the blue patch have less silvery tinge.
I treat it as this subspecies provisionally, however further taxonomic study is needed.
