Notes
The butterfly is uncommon in montane forests at moderate elevations (Alt. 1200 - 1300m).
This population was found in Tak, W. Thailand by Antonio Giudici on 4.Mar.2020 and does not sppear to be ssp.learmondi.
The markings on both upper and underside appear to be very close to that of the nominotypical subspecies from Sikkim,
especially the markings on the underside are black, not brown, and the silvery markings on the UnH are not conspicuous.
However, on the UpF the submarginal bands are not extensive and the black markings on the UnF are broader than ssp.adonira.
Further taxonomic study is needed.
