Colias fieldii ; Monastyrskii & Devyatkin,2015 : 17. (N: Lao Cai ; Ha Giang)
The butterfly is uncommon in montane fields at high elevations (Alt. 2000 - 2200m).
Ek-Amnuay ([2007],2012) recorded it from Doi Pha Hom Pok, Chiang Mai.
However, this is an erroneous locality;
Doi Lang, a mountain on the border between Thailand and Myanmar, is correct.
A few records from the area are known until now, most likely a vagrant from Myanmar.
