Notes
The species was known only one record from Thailand (1♂, 20.Mar.1977, Doi Suthep, Chiang Mai. S.Yamaguchi & T.Aoki) for 42 years. Recently in 2019-20, it was rediscovered in several districts in Chiang Mai province. The butterfly is not rare locally in semi-dried montane forest at moderate elevations (alt.700m - 850m) and is often found around the hilltops. Male makes a territory on the trees.
