Notes
The butterfly is locally common in montane forests at low to high elevations (Alt. 350 - 1800m).
Males are territorial on shrubs or trees.
The species has distinct seasonal forms.
Dry season form : Males are lighter and less brilliant blue and often with white scales on the upper side of both wings.
Females have broad white patches on the upper side of both wings.
Wet season form : Males are darker and more brilliant blue.
Females have a limited white patch on the UpF.
