The butterfly is rare in montane forests.
Only a few specimens are known from Thailand, but it is likely that they have been overlooked because they cannot be distinguished from similar species.
Further distributional research is needed.
The species of this genus are so similar that identification by male genitalia is required.
Therefore, records that do not examine the male genitalia cannot be adopted.
In addition, although there are many field photos, most are either misidentified or unidentifiable and therefore cannot be used as records.
