Notes
The butterfly is locally not rare in the continental area and uncommon in the peninsular region in montane forests at low to moderate elevations (Alt. 100 - 1100m).
A photo example from Uthai Thani is similar to this taxon.
The populations from P.Thailand have much narrower tawny bands on the upper side of both wings than the continental populations.
Further taxonomic study is needed.
